Participants will be guided through meditation using crystals and sound healing. Each participant will receive a set of chakra crystals that will be placed on your body (if willing) and be immersed in sound healing using singing bowls, along with a guided meditation through each of the seven chakras. 

Crystal bowls are made from crushed quartz which aides in amplifying and transforming energy. The notes of each bowl are tuned to specific vibrational frequencies found with the physical and energetic bodies. As the crystal bowls are played, a deep state of relaxation transpires, allowing for balance and the opening of energy channels. The energy of our bodies dances beautifully with the energy of the quartz crystals resulting in a profound restorative effect! Adding in the energy and wisdom of the crystals amplifies your healing intentions and allows you to restore and rebalance each of the seven chakras by removing blockages. Cleansing the seven chakras can bring balance to overactive energies within the body while strengthening any weaknesses.
