We will begin our heart journey with the supportive medicine of plant and stone allies for dropping into and expanding the heart. Various holistic techniques such as sound, energy, and guided imagery will be used to transport you into the depths of your heart where your inner wisdom lies. The sacred space of releasing and renewing will be held throughout the session.

In addition to the session, each participant will receive a heart supporting herbal blend and a rose quartz stone to take home with them.

This is a group experience where space will be held for each individual in a collection container. Participants will receive some individual focus throughout the session.

Each participant will be asked to lay down on the floor and will be provided a yoga mat and pillow. Please dress in comfortable clothing and bring any additional mats, pillows, or blankets.
